– Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is coming out today.  What can I say besides waaaaaaaaaaaaaahoooooooooooooooooooooooo!  EDIT:  Harry Potter was excellent.  When’s the first showing tomorrow?

– A client called me asking for a quick explanation about something.  After letting him know what had gone on in a broadcast (which pissed him off, by the way, but not at me), he insisted that I have to fly to his area for a meeting regarding broadcasts.  I was taken aback–sure, I can attend a meeting, but I really hope not to see my advice put into effect.  I really like this client, and would be more than willing to help him out; however, I really hope that the only time I see my advice being put to use is when I’m channel surfing next year.  Keep your fingers crossed.  He is a great contact to have, though.  I doubt it will happen, to be honest.  My company is fanatical at not having us peons meet the clients; the clients might figure out how unhappy we all are and steal us away for good.  Only the sales people can meet with the clients, and the poor sales people just talk out of their asses.

– The area code for my client is deceptively similar to an area code in which I’ve been applying, so every time I see his number, I think, score!  Gotta remember that the last number in the area code sequence does not correspond to my ambitions to move.

– I need to run today.  I’ve been using the elliptical, lifting weights, and running to stay fit.  I really would like to run outside, but a) my shoes are delayed in delivery and b) my running gloves are also delayed in delivery.  Grrr.

– Honestly?  I really have nothing to say right now.
