Wings, you know I love you (and thank you for winning your first playoff game, guys!), but your slogan this year? I think I said it for last year’s slogan, too: Guys, c’mon.
Anyway, you’ll find me in the corner, cheering silently for Osgood and Company, rolling my eyes at the Caps fans who a) only wear #8 jerseys and II) can’t walk from Metro Center to Gallery Place, choosing instead to crowd the platform and train cars for commuters. If it were me and this was my team, I’d go outside and walk proudly down to the Verizon Center in all my be-jersey’d glory, making as much playoff noise as possible (a scene you often see in Detroit by Joe Louis Arena). But hey, who am I to judge, right?
