Again, the title says it all.

According to IP, my age is still in question on this, my Memorial Day birthday:

I maintain that I’m turning 31 years old today.  Happy birthday to me!
(To be fair, IP couldn’t find any 1s or 3s at the store; he was going to go for “331″ as my age.)

Major pet peeve: when someone is trying to write “definitely” and ends up writing “defiantly.” For example:
“I would defiantly make sure this is really what you want in life because . . .”
Why would you defiantly make sure about what you really want in life? I can see wanting to assess some things [...]

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, I ordered the new King and Queen of Hearts stamps for my wedding invites.  Said stamps:

Somewhere along the way, IP and I found ourselves in the double digits—meaning that there are less than 100 days until our wedding.  The hell?  How did that happen?  When we fell into 99 days, I couldn’t believe it. And now the days are slipping by even faster.
I’m not in panic mode, though. Yet.

What can I say?  Woot!  An Original Six face-off; this is going to be fun.  I am desperately hoping that the Bruins can pull it off in the semi-finals and defeat Pittsburgh so it can be an Original Six Stanley Cup series no matter what.

Can you  believe it?  I’m finally feeling some warm feelings towards the wedding.  The marriage I was always hot on; the wedding, the day?  Eh, not so much.  Thanks mostly to the stresses of planning, family, and the daunting idea of what needed to be done.
